Email on Laptop and Desktop

If you use Windows Live Mail or Outlook this tip below may be of use. Anymore the average household has a desktop and laptop. Use the tip below to view all messages on both the laptop and desktop.

If this is not enabled you will find that once an email is viewed on the laptop it will not be visible on the desktop and vice versa.

Simply goto Tools\Accounts\Mail\Properties\Advanced Tab

“Choose Leave copy of Messages on server”
