System Limitation Error When Creating Virtual Machines

If you are running Windows Server 2008 R2 and receive the following error “The Operation could not be completed due to to a file system limitation” when trying to create a Virtual Machine in Hyper-V, do the following:

1.) Goto My Computer

2.) Right Click on the drive where you are trying to create the Virtual Hard Disk

3.) Uncheck “Compress this drive to save disk space”

This issue should be resolved now.
