Frequency Solutions offers a monthly support and repair contracts! Custom plans can be tailored to individual needs. These plans are intended for small business and residential customers. Medium to Large business please contact me for a plan suited for your needs.

Desktop Support Plan/ 5 Workstations=$200.00

  • Updates to Operating System or application patching on all covered workstaqtions 
  • Performance Maintenance including Defrags, Registry Cleans on all covered workstations
  • Security Lockdown which includes Anti Virus updates, Firewall Configuration on covered workstations
  • Unlimited support which includes email reponse within 1 hour and Emergency Onsite Visits 8 hours(M-F)(Sat,Sun Onsite within 1 hour)
  • Break Fix issues involving software or configuration issues
  • Hardware Diagnostics 

Network and Printer Support Plan/ $100.00

Covers all networking equipment and printers.

  • Includes all items covered under Desktop Support Plan
  • Security Lockdown on all Network equipment
  • Wireless Network Configuration and securing
  • Printer Support and Troubleshooting
  • Cabling, Networking and any other changes needed
  • Network diagnostics

Network and Desktop Support Plan/5 Workstations=$275.00

Covers workstations, printers and network equipment

Desktop and Network plan does not cover parts or repair costs if Hardware issues are present. Hardware upgrades and replacement is not covered under the support contracts. Printer Consumables such as Toner, Ink, Drums, Imaging Units, Transfer Rollers, Fusers etc are extra cost.
