<p>If this is not enabled you will find that once an email is viewed on the laptop it will not be visible on the desktop and vice versa.</p>
<p>Simply goto Tools\Accounts\Mail\Properties\Advanced Tab</p>
<p>&#8220;Choose Leave copy of Messages on server&#8221;</p>
